Where Dreams Begin!

News

Dear CYA Community,

With the utmost concern for health, wellness, and safety for all of our community members, CYA has made the very difficult decision to cancel the possibility of playing any of the 2020 In-House seasons.  Although we did hope to salvage some type of season throughout the summer and fall, we simply did not have the ability to do so in a safe manner.  As always, CYA wants to be able to provide the safest possible environment for our community and league members.  Unfortunately due to Covid-19, state and local guidelines, League Guidelines, and the need to try and put safety first, CYA has decided that in-house play for the 2020 seasons would not be feasible.  We do however plan to come out strong in 2021 with a full in house program, proper safety plans in place, and ready to once again hit a home run with the community in offering the best baseball and softball program around.  This of course will all depend on our dedicated volunteers.  All of our volunteers and coaches will need to be well informed and trained on our guidelines and procedures.  This will require a great partnership with our community members.  With that said, we do believe we can get the right people in place, and put a great season together in the spring.  We look forward to seeing you on the field.  Please keep yourself and your families safe.

Best regards from the CYA Board,

Steve Smith

President CYA
