NOTES

● 2026 Registration to open the first week of February. Cost will be $65

or $75 per player.

● A new Facebook page with current board access will be created to try to

attract more to join the league. Jen Jacques will also be

communicating/advertising with local high school senior classes to try

to pull in some new players.

● Hopeful to have the addition of a couple of new teams this year and

possibly work with Johnston League joining us.● Jen and Jen to meet with Scott from Coventry Parks and Rec about fields

and dates of availability. They are offering bathrooms to us this year,

but we (teams) are responsible to clean up and lock up before leaving

the field. We also will have the Nike site this year which we hope to

use for makeup games if need be to keep the season flowing and teams

playing all their games.

● Opening Day will be the 1st Sunday of May 5/3/2026.

● We will be continuing with league bats, but are going to get quotes to

replace them and add a couple sets so teams do not have to trade back

and forth.

● Umpires will be looked into further - goal is to get more than 2 lined

up for the season.

● Sponsor fees are still $350 each and the letter will be updated with new

E-Board Member information.

● Once registrations are complete, teams are set, and umpires are secure,

the schedule will be put in place along with the playoff bracket.

● Jen A. and Michelle will meet and go to Washington Trust bank to get

Michelle added as a signer and remove past/non-EBoard members from the

account. Jen will remain as a backup.
