Registration for the 2025 season is now open!

Here’s how to register:

• Visit Crafton Crocodiles Registration

• Create or log into your Swimmingly account

• Enter the Club Registration Code: 2685bc46-3afc-11eb-83f7-c2b3e1fb23ce

• Select "2025 - Summer Season - South Hills Summer Swim Conference"

• Add your swimmers

• Review the “Liability Waiver + Medical & Media Release” and agree to all 4 parts to proceed to register

• Use the discount code "SWIMMINGLY" for EACH swimmer to remove the $18 Swimmingly Clubhouse fee. (The club is covering this fee for all swimmers!)

• Enter “1” if you are a current member at Crafton Pool or if you plan to purchase a membership pass. 

  • If you’re not a current member at Crafton Pool pass, you’ll need to purchase a Swim Team Pool Pass for EACH of your swimmers. This pass grants access to practices, meets and team events.

• Swimmers will receive a free, team t-shirt. Be sure to select a size for each swimmer you are registering

Pricing for 2025 Crocodiles is as follows:

• 1 swimmer:     $125 + pool pass
• 2 swimmers:     $175 + pool pass
• 3 swimmers:     $225 + pool pas
• 4 swimmers:     $275 + pool pass
• additional swimmers:     $50 each + pool pass 
• **Crafton Lifeguard:     $50**

Lifeguards, we know that you're usually too busy teaching swim lessons and working to come to practice so we're offering reduced pricing to cover meets. We know your pool pass comes with the job so no need to enter that. Use code LIFEGUARD25 at check out for the discount. 

Pool Pass Information for the 2025 Season

To swim with the Crafton Crocodiles, there are two options. You MUST either have a pool pass (resident or non-resident) OR you MUST purchase a Crocodiles Swim Team pass for $35 (this pass includes limited use of the pool for ONLY swim team practices, meets and events).   

If you live in Carnegie, Thornburg, Rosslyn Farms or Ingram and decide you would like a pool pass for the Crafton Pool there is a special discount provided for you. $15 off for an individual pass or $30 off a family pass at the non-resident rate. 

*IMPORTANT*  You will need to provide a copy of your Crafton Crocodiles registration receipt to purchase your passes. You must show proof of registration for the discounted rate.

About Crafton Crocodiles

The Crafton Crocodiles are members of the South Hills Summer Swim Conference (SHSSC).  Member teams include Crafton, Greentree and Scott Township. The SHSSC sets the rules and instructional policies utilized to conduct all duel meets and conference events during the summer season. The SHSSC has adopted the NCAA rule book for technical requirements. 

Crocodiles Requirements 

• Must be 18 years of age or younger. Graduating High School Seniors may only swim the summer immediately following graduation and must be 18 or under as of June 1st. 
• Must have a consent signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Must have some ability to swim continually in all depths of water, and be able to sufficiently swim 25 yards at the coaches discretion and adhere to all the safety rules. 
• Must meet all the volunteer requirements.
• New swimmers must provide a copy of their birth certificate.

Volunteer Requirements 

Family involvement is required to run the swim program productively. Parents are required to sign up to volunteer to work at the following:

• Swim Meets - two (2) swim meets
• PLUS one (1) volunteer position as the Host Team for the Relay Meet
• Team Events - one(1) Crafton Celebrates Booth, Funday Friday or Team Banquet 

It is very important that each family helps out with the swim team. There are a lot of positions to volunteer for and we need all the help we can get!!
