MARGATE LEGACY ELITE BASEBALL MISSION STATEMENT

Ø  Our MISSION is to teach Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Sportsmanship, Commitment, Humility, Discipline, Self-Control, Dedication, Determination, Preparation And Decision making through sports- with the goal of developing strong character in each individual. We will teach sporting skills positively so that each player progresses towards their defined goals. Each individual will understand and commit to the philosophy “Individual effort to a team or common goal”.

OBJECTIVES and PLANNING:

Ø  Our goal is to provide a state of the art baseball practice and tournament facility

Ø  Promote the development of baseball skills.

Ø  Develop the qualities of citizenship, discipline, character, and teamwork amongst the players.

Ø  Our coaching is centered on the core values of the Margate Legacy Elite Baseball Mission Statement. Our goal is to develop young athletes into successfully skilled and talented players; with the character development as our primary goal. Providing the tools to be successful in life.
