Fair Haven Basketball is excited to begin planning for our 2026–2027 Fall/Winter Mid-Monmouth Travel Basketball season. In preparation for summer leagues, team activities, and early team organization, tryouts will take place before the school year ends, between May 19th and June 17th.

All dates and locations can be found below. We understand this is a busy time of year with school events, spring sports, and family schedules, and we will do our best to be flexible and accommodating throughout the tryout process.

Registration must be completed online and includes a $20 registration fee per participant. We encourage families to register as soon as possible.

FHBB travel tryouts are open to all Fair Haven residents in grades 3-8, will be run by coaches and evaluated by independent scorers.

Please register your child based on their grade level for Fall 2026.

Below is the schedule for the 2026–2027 Mid-Monmouth tryouts. Each tryout session will be led by coaches and evaluated by independent scorers, with the exception of 3rd grade, which will be run by FHBB Board members.

All children are required to attend both tryout sessions for their grade level, and to ensure a focused and fair evaluation environment, parents will not be permitted in the gym during tryouts.

Please have your child arrive ready to go — with a positive attitude, sneakers tied, and a water bottle in hand. Basketballs will be provided, so please do not bring your own.
