ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED BY THE FORT CHERRY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO OBTAIN CLEARANCES.

YOUR TWELVE PACK OF A POP IS ALSO DUE.

 

Your time in the concession stand is your child's ticket into the banquet! If you choose not to get clearances & work it, you will have to pay $50 for your child to attend the banquet at the end of the season. If for some reason you don't attend the banquet but you still want your child to attend with another family, you MUST send in a banquet form for them. We will NOT accept any players, cheerleaders, siblings, parents, relatives, etc at the door who were NOT accounted for!

 

When working the concession stand, you are responsible for bringing a crockpot item for one of the first 2 games. If you are working the 3rd game, you are required to bring a case of water. You are responsible for bringing buns if your item is a sandwich item. You are more than welcome to get together with another parent who is working the same game & split the cost!

Mindi has the concession schedule for those who need to sign up! You are responsible for working once PER PLAYER!!! Meaning, if you have 2 players, you work TWICE!!

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to work in the concession stand.

Ads are due back by September 8. Pop is due by September 11. Please turn both of these into your team mom's! It is MANDATORY that each player sells AT LEAST one 1 $15, $25 or $50 ad!

. There is NO make-up picture day!! 

UNIFORMS: You are responsible for ALL equipment provided to your child from the FCLR! Helmets & shoulder pads are  NEW!!!! Please take care of them! If your child loses ANY piece of equipment, you will be responsible for paying to replace it.

ALL PLAYERS MUST TURN IN A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO THEIR HEAD COACH.  THERE ARE MANY MISSING COPIES FROM PREVIOUS YEARS AND IT IS REQUIRED BY THE LEAGUE IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO CONTINUE TO PLAY.

 

 

 

 

 

IF YOU HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR THE CONCESSION STAND TIME SLOT, PLEASE SEE  MINDI CLINE.  WE STILL NEED FRIDAY NIGHT STOCKERS, OPENERS AND CLOSERS. YOU WILL BE FILLED INTO AN EMPTY SPOT IF YOU DO NOT SIGN UP.

 

 

 

Also please remember that the organization will no longer be providing girdles in the equipment hand outs and parents are responsible for purchasing this for their child.
