Registration Fees:

8U and 9U- $500 (Max of 6 each)

10U- $550 (Max of 6)

11U and 12U - $600 (Max of 8 each)

13U-16U - $700 (Max of 10 for 14U and Max of 6 each for 13U-16U)

Location: 200 Recreation Lane, Oakland MD 21550 and Southern and Northern Garrett High School Fields

Located in Garrett County MD.  Only 20 minutes from beautiful Deep Creek Lake and 5 State Parks . 

Concession stand will be open.  Coolers and pets are permitted. 

RULES:

Format: 3GG (2 pool play games on  Friday and/or Sat with single elimination bracket play on Saturday or Sunday)
Umpires:  2 per game for all age groups
Bats:  8U-13U Current USSSA bat rules and its current banned bat list (13U -5 USSSA or -3 BBCOR)  (14U - 16U BBCOR -3 Only)
Pitching: Pitch Count will be used for all age groups
Time Limit: 8U-10U 6 innings or  1hr 30mins, 11U & 12U 6 innings or 1hr 45mins, 13U -16U 7 innings or 2hrs
8U-10U - No leadoffs or dropped 3rd strike
11U and Up -NFHS Rules 
11U and 12U will be given 1 balk warning per pitcher   13U and Up  No warnings
8U-10U Teams supply 2 game balls for each game

Run Rule: 13U-16U 12 after 4 innings, 10 after 5 innings, 8 after 6 innings

                     8U-12U 12 after 3, 10 after 4 and 8 after 5 inning. 

Seeding Criteria: Record, Head to Head, Runs Against, Runs For, Coin Flip
Schedule will be posted 1 week prior 

If there are weather issues each location POC reserves the right to change bracket and pool play to ensure teams get to play.
A Player’s Tournament Age is based on the age they are as of  April 30th.  (This was previously May 1st but to coninside with USSSA Rules this had to be changed to  April 30th) 

Players can be double rostered in different age divisions 

Full refund minus administration fees ($150) if no games are played. 50% refund if one game is played. No refund if two or more games are played

Games will be played on Friday so please plan accordingly.

For the SHS Fields. Use 741Dennett Road, Oakland MD 21550 for the Parking lot address.  To get to the 10U field you will need to walk around the track and down to the lower field.  

Garrett College Field is located between the CARC and College.  Use the defauld Garrett College address off Mosser Road.  

Northern High School Field is behind the school to the Right.  Follow the Road to the left and go behind the school. Between the football field and school and go past the softball field on the left.  Use the default NHS field address.

Broadford Park Fields.  Use 1600 Broadford Rd, Oakland MD 21550.  Go past the 2 mens softball fields and the 9U field is below close to the lake.  The 14U field will be on the right and the 11U field is next to the Batting cages. 

Grantsville Field is located at the Grantsville Park.  Use the default address.
