We raise fast, honest  Beagles that will win Hunt And Show competitions and put meat on the table.

Getrdone kennels is owned and ran by Gerald Wright and Michelle Kellar. The kennel is located in the north-central part of West Virginia, just outside of Mannington. Our blood line is White River,Shenango Breeding. At this point in time, we only run in the UKC beagle program,  All of our dogs are UKC and AKC Reg We are pleasure hunters first,  and titles are just a bonus. The dogs need to be able to circle a rabbit back to the gun, whether solo or in a pack, that is their job. Our dogs are also not afraid to get in the brush, they are working non-stop to get that rabbit up, and keep it going. Our hounds run a minimum of 8 on the speed scale out of 10, but they have the brains to do what is best in their circumstances. . Conformation is a key attribute for a dog, because a dog with good conformation will hold up better and live longer. Our overall purpose at Getrdone Kennel is to develop a  beagle with good conformation & hunting ability. We run our hounds about five days a week, whether pleasure hunting or trialing,  Thank you for visiting our website.
