Starting July 1st, we will begin our summer dry-land / conditioning program. It starts at 6:30p at the Harrold Middle School football practice field and will last approximately an hour. It will be held every Monday thereafter until the start of on ice activities. For Varsity and Junior Varsity, it is mandatory. Middle school players are encouraged to attend. Coach Eberhardt sent out a previous email with a conditioning regimen that he recommends each MS player use throughout the week. Water will be provided.
Any V/JV players who cannot attend a session must text/email either a) Two coaches or b) a head coach and a parent. Communication for the season must be in this fashion as well due to new Safe Sport mandates. There must be NO one on one communications between a player and a coach, manager, or board member.
