Honeygo Regional Park is a host site for local recreation council programs. Honeygo is not a recreation council and does not offer programs of its own. Primary service councils consist of Kingsville, Loch Raven, Overlea-Fullerton, Parkville, Perry Hall, and White Marsh. Secondary service councils consist of Bengies Chase and Rosedale. All programs from all other recreation councils will have next priority. Outside non-profit/not for profit/for profit groups can obtain permits if space and time is available.
