2019 Joppatowne Seahawks Football & Cheer Prices

Register online at joppatowne.website.siplay.com or at one of our in-person dates March 19th, April 4th, & April 16th, All at joppatowne high school from 6p-8p. All 6U-14U football registrants  will need to come to an in-person date for jersey sizing.

Flag - $50

Practice 2-3 days during the week before the season begins, once it does practice will be 1-2 days during the week with a games on Friday evening or Saturday. Participants will receive a jersey to keep, and will be provided the flags for use during the season. We recommend you purchase cleats, cup protector, and a mouthpiece.   

6U Clinic - $130

Practice 4 days a week until the season begins, once it does practice will be 2 days a week with a game on Friday evening or Saturday. Participants will receive a jersey to keep. We provide helmet. shoulder pads. pants, chinstrap, and a mouthpiece. Required equipment to participate at participants expense is a cup protector. We recommend all participants have cleats as well.

7U-14U Football - $175

Practice 5 days a week until the season begins, once it does practice will be 2-3 days a week with a game on Friday evening or Saturday. Participants will receive a jersey to keep. We provide helmet. shoulder pads. pants, chinstrap, and a mouthpiece. Required equipment to participate at participants expense is a cup protector. We recommend all participants have cleats as well.

Cheer - $175

Practice 3 days a week until the season begins, once it does practice will be 2 days a week. There will be mandatory games on Fri nights or Saturdays. We will also go to 4-5 competitions on Sundays, final comp on Nov 4th. Participants will receive cheer uniform which will be returned at the end of the season, a hair bow and a warm up (jacket & pants) to keep. Registrants will need to purchase extra a crop top, white cheer shoes, and spankies.

Welcome to the home of the Joppatowne Seahawks

     The Joppatowne football program is a member of the Upper Chesapeake Youth Football League. Our teams are broken down into 8 age brackets for children ages 5 to 14. We have two clinic levels to teach fundamentals while playing full contact football. All age/weight groups play teams from Harford and Cecil Counties. The league maintains win/loss records, except for clinic, and the league sponsors playoff and championship games.

     The season starts August 1st and runs until mid-November, depending on the playoff schedule. Practices are usually 4-5 days a week until school starts and then practices are cut to 2-3 days a week and a game on the weekend (Friday night or Saturday). Practices are typically held in the evening during the week. For safety reasons, children must attend a certain number of practices to be eligible to play in football games.

     Seahawk's home games are played at Robert Copenhaver Park in Joppatowne. All children must have a physical before the first game. Most equipment is supplied by the program. Parents are asked to purchase cleats, a girdle, athletic cup and a practice jersey. Team spirit-wear and concessions are available at all games.
