2022 Texas West 34 Section 4 will be hosting the Little League (July5-9th), Junior (July5-9th) and Senior division starting June 30th - July 2 if needed. Teams coming in the Little League and Junior Division are District 22 Alice, 23 Corpus Christi , 24 Brownsville and 34 Laredo  in the Senior division it's District 22 Falfurrias and are very own District 34 Laredo Northwest. Texas District 34 is comprised of seven little leagues that are located in Laredo, Zapata Texas.

A District Administrator and five league presidents assist each League with coordinating information disseminated out of Little League International and Regional Office. Assisting them in settling problems, reviewing with them proposed amendments, reporting to them on the business of the Congress, interpreting adopted changes, and inform on policies, rules, regulations and other pertinent information. 

Various District and International tournaments are managed and organized by the District Administrator and a number of volunteers.
