August 5th - Skills Mini Camp

August 26th - Opening Day

Now that we've had a few days to recover from opening day, we want to take a few moments to thank everyone for joining us in kicking our season off. I will start by thanking the Lavale Soccer Club board members for putting together such an eventful day. I also want to thank everyone that set up tables and booths with their products to show support to our soccer club. I also want to thank Rita's and MOBQ for providing some delicious food and snacks. I can't say how proud I am of everyone for coming with positive attitudes and displaying great sportsmanship. All of our athletes displayed great skill, courage, and sportsmanship as well. I want to encourage all of you to continue to come out to our games and show your support to our young athletes.  Thank you all for helping us get this year started off on the right foot.

LaVale Soccer Club Philosophies:

Small-Sided Games- Smaller fields, fewer players on the field. More touches on the ball means more fun and better player development! 

Open Registration- It doesn't matter where you live, or your experience. All you need is interest and enthusiasm.

Player Development- All of our players will have the same chance to develop their soccer skills and knowledge of the game to the best of their ability.

Equal Time- Every player is guaranteed to play at least half of every game. With the smaller teams, players will get more time with their coach as well.

Proper Coaching- Coaches will have mentors and access to the same material to teach their teams. All coaches will give every child positive reinforcement and praise.
