Recreational Competition Cheerleading

McDonough Cheer Recreational Competition Cheerleading is open to ages 6-17 for those who want the excitement of competing at real cheer competitions, but don't want to spend days and hours in a gym!! We offer an affordable alternative to All-Star Cheerleading. The base cost is $250.00 and this includes the uniform, shoes and practice wear. Please note that we do not cheer at rec football games!

Our parent meeting for the upcoming season will be on April 29, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 at 205 Laurel Trace, McDonough 30253. If you wish to receive a reminder email, please email one of the directors so that we can add your email to our mass list. The director emails can be found under the Contact Info tab above.

We will compete in a minimum of 4 competitions with our first one being in October and the last one being in November/December. Most competitions are on Sundays. Your coach will have more information as the competitions get closer.

Fundraising will be done as an individual team. Sponsors are also welcome to help cover the cost of banquets, trophies and any other goodies your team decides to do for the cheerleaders. Sponsorships go to the team as a whole and not to individual cheerleaders.
