An important message from our President:

This year, in order for your team to play in the Metro Girls Softball League it will be a mandatory requirement for one coach listed on the roster and code of conduct (preferably the head coach) to attend one of three offered umpire rules classes.

 

These are the three dates the classes are offered: 4/2, 4/15 and 4/17.

 

 They will be held at Erie 1 BOCES 355 Harlem Rd West Seneca. Times to be determined by Feb 15th. Failure to attend will result in your team registration to be canceled.

Metro Girls Softball League Fee is $375.00 plus $300.00 escrow fee 
(Escrow Fee is usually refundable)
 
 
 
What is included in your fee
(4) Meetings (one of which is "new coaches")
Food and beverage at each meeting
Minimum  of 14 softballs
20 Pins for 10U -12U
25 Line up cards

 

Plus we are eliminating the Roster Fee. 
Plus a bucket every year.

For Both the Regular and Post season
10U - 14U trophies 16U and older Cloth goods awards
 
PONY Softball Rule book
MGSL Rule sheet (AKA Laminated Sheet)
PONY Challenge tournament
No umpire fees for post season championship games
     Three-man umpire crews for post season championship games

METRO GIRLS SOFTBALL LEAGUE INSURANCE

Team insurance will be $185 for coverage effective Jan 1 to Dec 31 2025.
