Game Cancellation Process
Please follow ALL instructions below:
Step 1- Check the website for the correct ump service assigned to your game
Step 2 - Fill out the Metro Cancellation Form by clicking the link below

Step 3 - Once the Metro Cancellation Form is complete follow the correct step below depending on the ump service assigned to your specific game.
If your umpire service is NFOA- Gary/ George you need to also complete the following form link:

* Failure to follow all procedures may result in fines if cancellations are not received at least 2 hours prior to game time
