Registration opens January 1st! We are North Carolina's largest NFL Flag Football league! Our spring season is our biggest season with over 50 teams. Games are played on Sunday's starting at 1:00pm, practices are before games on Sunday's. Teams will fill up fast, don't miss out sign-up today!
