The Metro Ladies Ball Hockey League is a competitive ball hockey league for women played out of the Shearwater Arena in Shearwater, Nova Scotia. It is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit league.
The league runs from early May through to mid-late August and game nights are Monday and Wednesday between 6:00pm and 10:00pm.
