MOLINA BASEBALL is a youth baseball organization founded by Major League former catcher and catching coach for the Anaheim Angels Bengie Molina.
Bengie comes from a family of Major League catchers who have a number of accomplishments throughout their marvelous careers which include winning several gold gloves and World Series rings with their respective teams. Bengie is the older brother of Tampa Bay Rays catcher Jose Molina and St. Louis Cardinals backstop Yadier Molina.
Since his retirement as a Major League player, Bengie has embarked on a mission to follow in his late father's footsteps to help as many young men and women as he possibly can become better baseball and softball players. His most important goal is that he wants them to learn that respect is the most important trait in not only baseball or softball, but in life.
Bengie says that nothing will stop him on his journey to become a positive influence in the lives of as many young men and women as he possibly can just like his father, "HIS HERO" did in his lifetime.
