MVPW Mavericks Registration Requirements

Moreno Valley Mavericks are excited to have your athlete join us for the upcoming 2025 season! As part of the registration process, we kindly ask that you complete and return all necessary forms in a timely manner. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following instructions:

Print and Complete Forms: All required registration forms are available for download. Please make sure all sections are filled out completely and legibly.
Ensure Name Accuracy: It is important that the name written on the forms matches exactly how it appears on the athlete’s birth certificate. This ensures that all records are consistent and accurate.
Submit Forms In Person: Our preferred method of receiving completed forms is in person. We will be announcing specific document turn-in dates soon, so please stay tuned for updates.

Welcome to the official site of Moreno Valley Pop Warner Youth Football, Cheer, & Dance. We serve the youth of Moreno Valley as part of the Mt. Baldy Pop Warner Football Conference.

Moreno Valley Pop Warner is a non-profit organization interested in building leadership, developing skills, teamwork, and discipline. We take pride in bringing together the youth of Moreno Valley to practice good sportsmanship, safety, scholarship, self respect, proper nutrition, and physical fitness through football and cheerleading. We aim to provide a safe, positive, and fun environment for youth to learn the fundamentals of football and cheerleading free from adult ambitions or gratifications.

The Board of Directors welcomes all players, parents, and fans. Moreno Valley Pop Warner embraces the Pop Warner philosophy that scholastic and athletic achievement should go hand in hand. Moreno Valley Pop Warner is open to all who are interested in youth football and cheerleading.
