Each player on the” got next”/Squad circles must be on the team's roster .
Each team must have 5 players from their roster to play
Each team must be in either Italy, Germany, France, Spain or Japan. (To do so, players must change their language under the main menu settings. This will allow opposing teams to match up with you as long as you all are on the same language.
Each player must wear the jersey of their assigned team. Each squad must wear matching jerseys and shorts.
If a team breaks any of these rules, an automatic forfeit win may be demanded by the affected team if conclusive proof is provided.

Reschedules During Playoffs

When trying to create a shot, players are not permitted to move side to side(Left, right, left, right) in attempt to avoid his defender. After a first offense, the player in question will receive a warning. Anymore offenses from the same player will result in suspension.
MBPA Teams must wear any of the following: Jerseys, T-shirts, or warm-ups. (Black Jersey included)

3.2 Going for an Offensive Charge Foul
A player is not permitted to attempt a charge outside of the perimeter by standing in place and having the opponent run into the player. This is to avoid an offensive foul "cheese". Anything inside the perimeter is fair game. If a player does attempt a charge. The other team must give up possession received from the charge. If the team does not give the ball back, the opposition must send video evidence of the action.
3.3 Holding B to avoid being boxed out Cheese
A player is not permitted to press "B" when attempting to go up for a rebound.
3.4 The Out-Of-Bounds Cheese
A player is only permitted to intentionally go out of bounds when said player gets "stuck" down low due to 2K mechanics. At this point said player is allowed to go out of bounds intentionally to avoid the 3 seconds call.
4.1 Restitution
If any rule is broken during the course of the game, proceed in returning the game play back to its original state as quickly as possible. Make sure to make the restitution clear and obvious to avoid any confusion. For example, in the event that a player does the "charge" cheese (e.g. Game Conduct), be clear about your intentions and go out of bounds to give the ball back to the opposition. In any situation where a rule is broken (left right cheese) and the team breaking the rule scores, the points will not count on that play. If you believe a team has violated a rule during game play and no restitution was made, proceed in filing a complaint to a site admin.
4.2 Filing a Complaint
To file a complaint, contact a site admin via PM with your complaint and any evidence that can be given to help your case, whether it be witnesses, audio evidence, or video evidence. Your complaint will then be reviewed by all site admins and an official ruling will be made.
4.3 Rulings
All staff members will vote on all issues. If a decision can't be reached among staff members, the case will be taken to MBPA Committee.
4.4 Suspensions
Players that have been convicted of any cheese will receive the following punishments:

2+ Warning for Charge/Out of Bounds/Height/Holding B to avoid being boxed out Cheese: 1 Game Suspension for each offense
2+ Warning for Left Right Cheese: 3 Game Suspension for each offense
********NOTE: Any points scored off any of this cheese DOES NOT count.
5.1 Staff Conduct
Staff members are expected to show respect to users at all times. The only exception is if extreme negative comments are directed toward a staff member or his team by another user. In this case, the staff member has the right, like any other user, to comment.
5.2 User Conduct
Users are expected to show respect to other users and staff members at all times. If there is evidence that a user's behavior is sufficiently disrespectful, the user will be reprimanded and may be suspended.
5.3 Secondary Accounts
Creating secondary accounts is highly prohibited, although we acknowledge that this may sometimes occur due to lack of awareness by the user. However, there is absolutely no excuse to own two accounts for the purpose of "hiding" one's identity from other managers, the site admins, and/or the community. Sufficient evidence of users owning second accounts to disguise their identities will be reviewed and acted upon on a case-by-case basis.
