Fundraising Committee

1. Work with committee to create proposal of fundraising events for the year.
2. Work with committee to schedule fundraising event dates and contribution deadlines.
3.  Work with Marketing to create and distribute flyers or marketing material as needed.
4.  Coordinate with Marketing to post events on the league website.
5.  Coordinate group of volunteers to assist at each league fundraising event.
6.  Run the fundraising events with the help of all members.
7.  Record and Report amount of funds raised as well as any and all feedback for future events.
8.  The Fundraising Committee shall be responsible for working with the Sponsorship Committee in acquiring donations for the Mustang Softball Organization.
9.  The Fundraising and Sponsorship Committees will work with Marketing to advertise and promote events including registration, sponsorships, and fundraising events.

Sponsorship Committee

1. Work with committee to create a list of targeted potential sponsors. Divide and distribute list amongst committee members.
2. Work with committee to create Sponsorship Information Packet and follow up with committee periodically to determine status of sponsors.
3. Once sponsorships are obtained, execute production of banner. Banners to be hung at every game.
4. Forward sponsorship information to Marketing.
5. Coordinate incentives for each Tier of Sponsorship.
6. The Sponsorship Committee shall be responsible for working with the Fundraising Committee in acquiring donations for the Mustang Softball Organization. The Sponsorship and Fundraising Committees will work with Marketing to advertise and promote events including registration, sponsorships, and fundraising events.

Mustang Production Team

1. Coordinate Snack & Beverage Schedule. Rotate between parents who is supplying 1 snack (healthy) for each player and 1 drink for each player (Gatorade or water).
2. Teaching chants/cheers to the girls for dugout morale.
3. Coordinating Coach Gifts, Team Awards, etc.
4. Coordinates Team Outings / Team Building each season. Works with Coach on Player of the Month Acknowledgement and certificate.
5. Assist Marketing with capturing high quality content at practices, games, etc. to be used for Social (Facebook, Instagram, Website).
6. Works with Marketing to create a post for Website and Social for the player selected.
7. Assesses funds required to cover food, beverages, awards, and gifts and secure funds from parents to cover costs.)
