8U Softball Winter Workouts
Capital Area Softball has organized an off-season workout program for our 8U aged players (2010/2011/2012). Sessions are focused on skill development, increasing softball IQ and simply having fun. The workout program is led by coaches from all over our Cap Area league as well as some potential special guest instructors!
The program is flexible, as in, make what you what can make kind of thing. Dates are below, and cost for all eight (8) sessions is $20.00, cash or checks can be made out to JB Frazier. To be clear, this is $20 total, not $160. Players will also need to fill out the waiver form found at this link
https://www.baberuthleague.org/media/4968/Consent_single_writable.pdf
and bring to the first session. Needed only are: gloves, bats, helmets, defensive masks, water bottles and as we’ll be indoors, sneakers (not cleats) are required.
