MYSL Basketball!!

The MYSL (Metro Youth Sports League) is in its first ever youth basketball season! We allow kids to play the sport they love, while learning new things as well. All the fun events and parties planned to happen in the league will blow your mind! So don't wait, register your child for basketball now!

Kids ages 6 to 13 are welcome to play in the division of their age. We focus on the areas of Royal Oak, Novi, Farmington Hills, Berkley, Dearborn, Beverly Hills, and Hazel Park, Livonia, and Ferndale. But kids anywhere in Michigan can register!

The MYSL offers 4 different divisions of play. All based on the age pf the child. This is so each child can have a fair level of play.

The different divisions are:

(Coed) $145 Little East- Kids ages 6-7 play in this divisions. The courts used will be smaller, so the kids have a better chance to make the shot. Fundamentals will be taught at this level to strengthen their skills and abilities. If the child has fun, he/she will want to keep playing.   

Big East- Kids ages 8-9 play in this division. Players will go to a preseason evaluation, and will drafted to teams. Competition and winning is usually what the kids want most. But plays are also introduced, making them remember and prefect.

Little West-Kids ages 10-11 play in this division. The level of competion is harder. More complex plays and rules. Players are drafted to their teams, the same way they are in the big east division.

Big West-Kid ages 12-13 play in this division. This is the oldest age division offered. While most players know so much about the sport, they still have much to experience and learn. Play is more complicated, and the players need to remember specific plays. With determination and consistency, a player will win championships.
