2023 rang in a new beginning for Nansemond River Pony Baseball. We took a little longer of a hiatis since sports started back up from the COVID shutdown.  During that time we recouped and regrouped. Now that we have a new board and are working jointly with Dominion Sports we are able to bring you more options, more training, coaching techniques and knowledge than ever before. 

We hope to continue the success we had in 2023 in years to come.  

PONY baseball aligns with MLB, using the same rules and guidelines but PONY also allows leagues to join together to offer a broader range of competition.
