March 1 (This SUN) is our team meeting at Yelm Middle School! (gym)
12:30 - 2:30 Coach Pitch and Rookies
3:00 - 5:00 TBall, Minors and Majors
This is critical that all players attend as we need to get the uniform orders in to have them ready by game day. If possible, please bring player only and make arrangements for siblings for a couple of hours.
We will have a packed house and that would be helpful to manage the chaos :-)
Please make sure your player(s) wears something easy to change in as they will be trying on uniforms. (i.e. slip on shoes and shorts/sweats)
EQUIPMENT SWAP: If you have any items that you do not need anymore, please bring them with you. Helmets, cleats, gloves, USA approved bats, practice jersey/pants. Clean and in good condition only please. Items already donated can be given to those who have a need.

Meet your Team and your Coaches
Teams will need a Team Coordinator. This person should be organized and available. This person will coordinate team photos, distributing Rainier tickets, fundraising, uniforms pick up, communicate practice and game schedule reminders, check website for updates and basically any team communications to assist the coaches. Coaches, please Email contact info to Tammy or Debbie.

**Little league day at a Rainiers game 05/15/20 this is an incredibly fun event for the kids, we will have order forms at the meeeting. No limit to # of tickets. Invite family and friends.
