Congrats to our 6th Grade (U12) on winning the Unlimited Showdown Basketball tournament (West Chester,PA)

with a big win over Chester Select to advance to the finals, and grasp a 4 point win over

the Playtime Panthers in the championship. 

Congratulations on our U13 Bulldogs on making to the Final Four @ the A-Game Supershootout alongside NY Gauchos, KSK, and TeamTakeover. Few bones to bite as a team but great job boys! Woooof

History

Coach Kenny Robinson has coached football, baseball, and basketball for almost 20 years within the North Brunswick area. He has great rapport within the community and his dedication to the kids throughout the years has been admirable. Roughly four years ago, Coach Malcolm and Myles who played their entire youth basketball career for Coach Kenny, returned to North Brunswick youth basketball to coach alongside him. Coach Myles and Malcolm both are employed at Youth Advocate Programs, where on a day to day basis provide mentorship to youth throughout Middlesex County. We believe that our efforts extend to our basketball program and to all of our bulldog family.

The Bulldogs originated as a 5th grade travel basketball team who for the first time in North Brunswick history; won the North Brunswick League Championship, the Central Jersey League Championship, The Sid Lee Christmas Tournament Championship, and the Mayors Cup Championship.

The following year as 6th graders, we repeated the travel basketball championship reign, and now are the first team in North Brunswick history to obtain all four championships two years in a row.

Accomplishments (2014)

-1st time competing in the New Jersey state AAU tournament and earned a 3rd place finish.

-1st time competing for the 2014 AAU National Championship in Hampton, VA.

-Multiple players rank in the NJ state 2014 Top 100 Best Basketball Players.

-Experienced national level of competition for the first time and finished in the top half percent.

We competed in various tournaments throughout New Jersey including; “Hoop Group Showdown” in Neptune, “Zoo Crew League” in Newark, “B-Ball Shootout” in Hillburn, NY (2-time champions), “Hoopla” & “SummerJam” in Trenton (champions), “Garden State” in New Brunswick (champions), “Central Jersey League” champions and participated in various B-Ball Spotlight events.

  We established the entire program around a team that we were given by luck of the draw and did extremely well our first year.With player development over the summer/fall seasons, new additions to the program, and more experience under our belt, we're looking forward to this season!
