RESCHEDULED: Make-up Picture Day - Saturday, 5/16
We were able to reschedule the Make-up Picture Day that was previously cancelled due to the weather. We'll be doing Make-Up Picture Day this Saturday, 5/16! The weather forecast looks great, so we shouldn't have any problems.
The photographer will arrive at VES around 9:30AM and then set up. Once he is set up, feel free to come over if you would like pictures. The order form has been attached to this email. There will also be order forms available at the picture table.
If any team wants to take another team photo due to a large number of absences the first picture day, they should come to the tent at any time during their game. Individual photos will be taken at any time until 10:30-11.
Please note that the photographer will not be traveling to Swift Road Town Park. For those playing there who may want photos, please plan accordingly so you can stop by VES before your game.

Our Baseball season is almost here!! We cannot wait to see the players out on the field having fun!
All team rosters have been sent to the respective coaches. If you have not heard from your coach by Tuesday, 4/7, please let us know by replying to this email. Please remember that this program is all volunteer based, so our coaches have other commitments that may keep them busy. Please see below for some additional notes regarding the upcoming season.
General Season Information
- Season schedules for every division and team have been posted to our website. You can go to the New Scotland Kiwanis Baseball website and hover over schedules at the top. From there, you can choose schedules and then select the appropriate division/team. The website will always have the most up to date information regarding schedules.
- Throughout the season, our coaches are going to ask for parent volunteers from their teams. If you see a need, please offer and volunteer to fill that need. Whether it be helping on the field or with the batting lineup, volunteers are always welcome!
- Some of our teams only have one coach due to lack of volunteers. If you are part of that team, please offer to help the coach!
- Our Snack Shack will be undergoing important repairs during our season. Due to this, the Snack Shack will be closed. We will have a Kiwanis Representative present at all games just in case equipment, ice pack, etc. are needed.

- Weather related cancellations, postponements, or other game day announcements will be handled by New Scotland Kiwanis and communicated via email and social media. We do our best to get information out as soon as possible.
