Welcome to the Ohio Eagles Youth Baseball Invitational Tournament 2026 !     

 *WE ARE A NON-ELITE TOURNAMENT* 

We offer non-elite tournaments for all age levels. We have teams that come from within the county, the surrounding counties and from other states. We have had much success with hosting teams that come to play ball, coaches that instruct, parents that support and staff that encourage sportsmanship!

What is a non-elite tournament? One where teams are invited that is NOT elite, meaning, if you have an elite status, or, you go to tournaments weekly and win, win, win, in other words, there are many tournaments to choose from for those types of teams, but, this tournament is not one of them.  This tournament is for the teams who would like to come play ball within their ability range who may be considered one of the following: community based, rec, all stars, traveling, or any other title other than elite.  What is an Invitational Tournament? One where you may not be invited back should your behavior place you on the Naughty List. We have teams that come every year to have the opportunity to experiece fundamental baseball coupled with sportsmanship in a safe enviroment that they can compete in while having fun.

 Our tournaments have been established in and around the Portage County area (Ravenna, Kent, Rootstown, Streetsboro, Tallmadge, Stow Munroe, Windham, Newton Falls)  for many years. We welcome ages 8u (which is coach pitch) and 9u-18u (official baseball rules), and have divided flights into age appropriate levels. All fields are close in distance to one another and we have several complexes which houses multiple fields for multiple age divisions with concessions, parking and restrooms for your convenience. Whatever field you are assigned, you most likely will be there for the duration of the games. Check the drop down venue list for each fields addresses and directions. Read the RULES, it is YOUR responsibility to know the rules and communicate with YOUR parents. I will talk with the head coach only, I will not talk to parents, they are your responsibility.

        **   ZELLE  is now offered as a payment option. If you choose this option you must contact me first to receive the correct sending information this applies to VENMO also. Your reciept is your account statement.

             *on the memo line of your payment; state your team name, age and  tourney date, send  all                                       paperwork  (registration, waiver, hold harmless, roster. and money order or check)

      Your registration fee and all paperwork must be received ONE WEEK prior to your selected tournament date or IF IF IF  we have any open spots you may still enter by adding $20 for a late entry fee to your registration amount. You can drop off, overnight or mail your packaged information/money order to avoid being late,  NO checks accepted at this point, only ZELLE or VENMO or CASH   IF...IF..IF.   there are any openings. Keep in mind, first come first served,  ZELLE is perferred.

         List ONE manager/coach to contact by text with a CELL NUMBER that is LEGIBLE.        *No chicken scratch please*

         We have a 10 team limit in each age division and it is a first come first serve policy. You will be noted as registered when your registration fee is deposited, your paperwork confirms completion. We are about the boys playing ball and will offer individual divisions but may combine if numbers are low.

          All teams advance into the elimination round on Sunday after playing 2 scheduled games on  Saturday,  awards will be presented after the championship game on Sunday.

         Our goal is to strive to maintain our founder, Ed Waller's personal touch in all business matters by exhibiting excellent communication and organizational skills.   ALL information will be on this website for everyone to tap into.

          *June 27th and 28th  is our Tribute to ED WALLER tournament. We want to recognize ED for all his contributions to the youth programs and the countless hours he dedicated to serving in many capacities in our communities. ED shared the vision of providing great service to youth tournaments and leagues, and worked diligently to implement improvements.  He was an asset to our team and is greatly missed. 

         We would like your tournament to be an enjoyable experience. Our success depends on everyone doing their part and working together.  Thank you for visiting this page and watch for more information as it becomes available prior to the tournament.

All schedules will be posted Wednesday EVENING prior to your tournament, there may be one revision if necessary, which will then repost Thursday by 7pm.

Registration is open until closed by the TD.  Weather may impact our schedule and changes may be necessary for field changes or time changes, we go above and beyond to get your tournament games played, so Please keep checking in on the brackets page often for all communication during the tournament NO OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION WILL BE AVAILABLE after June 1.....
