Introduction

Speed, Power, Agility, Coordination, Flexibility. These are foundations of athletic performance. Being more athletic means you improve at your sport and achieve your dreams – whether it’s improved self-confidence, weight loss, or a starting position.   

Mission

To provide training and improve sports performance for young athletes inside of Edison Local.

What will you learn?

Acceleration, Multi-directional movement, top – end speed,  power, strength, explosiveness, balance, agility, coordination, fitness & flexibility for optimal performance and injury prevention. On top of that we will also be covering cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Nutrition and Weight Management

Students will learn the basics about nutrition and weight management.  Each student will be given a pedometer to track daily steps and calorie output.  Each student will be required to keep a food log. 

ONLY PUT PREMIUM GAS IN A FERRARI!!!!
