Rules and Administrative Changes

ALL ORGANIZATIONS MUST PAY THE TOURNAMENT FEE NO LATER THAN THE PRE-TOURNAMENT MEETING. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All Local League Score Books are required at Tournament Time. The highest level team (ie: 12's will have books for 11's, 10's will have books for 9's) shall bring local score books as required documentation.

Effective 2015 and beyond, it shall be illegal to "Fake Bunt, Slash".  The penalty for faking a bunt, then taking a swing shall be the batter is out and the runners shall return to the base occupied at the time of the pitch.

The EH program will be in effect for ALL age groups at ALL District, State and Regional tournaments for 2015 and beyond. The usage of the EH is NOT mandatory. IF you elect to utilize the EH, you will be required to end the game with 10 players. The EH player is utilized as a free defensive substitution.  There is NO Designated Hitter.

No outside food at tournaments! The coach of the offending team will be suspended and the league will be fined $200. When you travel to a host team facility, please be aware that they, too, are raising money through their snack stand for their organization. We wouldn't want someone to bring outside food or drink to our fields.  Fines may be higher at State and Regional tournaments.

All presidents must certify that their organization has performed criminal background checks.
