Serving Adams, Cumberland, and Franklin County

I wish to thank all of the leagues that I enrolled over the years and the leagues I still have enrolled in district 8.

I am retiring after this year. I have been invollved in youth leagues for 56 years as a coach and board member for New Oxford Jr. Baseball for 50 years and for the past 19 years some duel with working with NOJBA at the same time being a Cal Ripken District Commissioner.

Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken has been great working with and thanks to some umpires that umpired my games during our state run with my 10 year old team in 2006 they with the help with Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken I have been selected to to be in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown as a youth league coach. In 2021 I have been selected to be in the Pa. Cal Ripken Hall of fame. Thanks everone involved with these accomplishments due to the love of the game of Youth League Baseball.
