2018 Fall AGM Minutes

On Monday, October 15, 2018, Paradise Minor Baseball held it's annual AGM and election of officers now scheduled for the fall of each calendar year.

Minutes have now been posted on the website and are available under the documents section.

Updated with Agenda Added:Paradise Minor Baseball AGM and Election of Officers : October 15

Paradise Minor Baseball will be holding its Annual General Meeting Monday, October 15 from 7-9 pm in the warming room at the top of the stairs of the Double Ice Complex.

Historically, the AGM has been held in the spring prior to season start. This year executive has opted to change the AGM to a fall meeting.

This will allow adequate transition time for new executive members to learn their new roles instead of taking on the new responsibilities at the onset of the busy season preparations.

This also aligns with the Baseball NL Annual General Meeting which takes place every fall.

The following positions are up for election:

President

All Star Coordinator

Website/Scheduler

Junior Coordinator

Secretary

All parents are encouraged to attend.
