We need your help getting fields set up and cleaned up on Fridays and Sundays!

There are rough totes labeled with each field number at the trailer on Friday nights/Sunday afternoons.  

The HOME TEAM OF THE FIRST GAME on each field needs to set the fields up!  Roll the tote with your field number to your field.  Put pylons on the endzone corners, cones on the no run/no rush hash marks and at midfield, and drop one bag of flags on each sideline.

The WINNING TEAM OF THE LAST GAME on each field needs to clean the fields up!  Put all flags back into the same colored mesh bag, then put these bags along with all pylons, cones, and the marker conees into the rough tote.  There is also a trash bag & gloves in the tote, please clean up all the extra water bottles and other trash around your field.  Bring the tote and the trash bag back to the trailer.  Field cleanup is especially important on Sundays, as there are 12U softball games being played after 4pm.  Note that some fields do not have a 9pm game so the 8pm game willing team needs to clean the field up.

Any parents (or kids) who set up or clean up fields can get volunteer credit for this service simply by signing in at the trailer when you pick up or return the tote.
