NEW RULES FOR 2023
Extra inning games will follow international rules.
13-14 Yr olds: A pitcher that pitches 8 innings in 1 day is not permitted to be a catcher the remainder of the day. A pitcher that pitches 12 innings in the tournament is not permitted to be a catcher the remainder of the tournament.
15-16 Yr olds: A pitcher that pitches 9 innings in 1 day is not permitted to be a catcher the remainder of the day. A pitcher that pitches 14 innings in the tournament is not permitted to be a catcher the remainder of the tournament.
