Players should register on ArbiterSport (formerly FamilyID).  There is a link on the Pennsbury Athletics page:

Follow the instructions.  You will need your Student ID, primary care info, insurance carrier info, and medication names.

For athletes that participated in a fall and/or winter sport, you can now submit the Recertification form (Section 7) in ArbitorSports.  Login to your existing account, select “Registrations” at the top of the page, click on “add/update info” to the right of your current year registration.  Make sure that Girls Lacrosse is check marked, then scroll down to the “Physicians” section and attach your completed section 7 form under the “Parent/Guardian Recertification Form”. Then click “Save” at the bottom.
