In case you are wondering how:

We will be devoted and dedicated to every single girl in the program. Our program will combine focus on four core areas during practices: basketball IQ, drills and plays, individual instruction, and physical strength and agility through weight training and cardio. We will evaluate them to determine their strengths and weaknesses and make their strengths stronger and their weaknesses as strong as their strengths. 

On a personal note:

I am a parent of a child who has played AAU. I got to the point where it seemed that the once per week practices of drills and running became monotonous and non-productive. I could see areas where my daughter was weak but there was no improvement because there was no individualized coaching. I just became tired of the “one regimen fits all type of coaching”.  I wanted something better for not only my daughter, but for the daughters of the parents who felt the same frustration with their AAU leagues as well. The Peoria Phoenix will focus on developing each and every player on the team. 

To the Parents:

We value you, we need you, we appreciate you and would love your thoughts and opinions regarding how we can improve the program and/or your daughter's game. We welcome your help with administrative duties as well as soliciting sponsorships; however, it is not a requirement – after all, you have the hardest, most important job of all – raising a future WNBA player :-)
