Revolution Basketball Now Enrolling For Summer Skills Programs

Summer Programs will consist of HIGH SCHOOL and YOUTH sessions beginning on the last week of June.  The program will run from June 24th - August 7th.  All of our sessions will be one hour and twenty minutes of high intensity basketball training.  This program will improve players ability, athleticism, and confidence.  Our programs are limited to 10-12 participants per session so that our coaches can focus on the participants and make sure they are all getting the most out of each workout.


All of our programs will take place at either the Parker Middle School, McCarthy Middle School, CHS Outdoor Courts, or Lowell Catholic High School.  This summer's sessions will be divided into these groups:


AM SESSION 1:  7:30AM-8:50AM    HIGH SCHOOL BOYS (Incoming Grades 9-12)

AM SESSION 2:  8:50AM-10:10AM  HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS (Incoming Grades 9-12)


PM SESSION 1:  5PM-6:20PM       MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS (Incoming Grades 6-8)

PM SESSION 2:  6:20PM-7:40PM  MIDDLE SCHOOL BOYS (Incoming Grades 6-8)

PM SESSION 3:  7:40PM-9PM:  HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS/BOYS OVERFLOW SESSION (Incoming Grades 9-12)

 

BONUS SHOOTING SESSION:  8:30 AM-9:50AM  (All Players Can Report)

HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH and CONDITIONING PROGRAM (Wed, Thurs, Fri @CHS)
