It is highly recommended that you sign up for an account to receive Text Alerta, Emails, etc. and be notified immediately of game cancellations, rain outs, forfeits, and other urgent matters. Follow these steps:

1. Click on the Signup Now in the Signup for Alerts Box on the home page.
2. Click on Create Account.
3. Complete the Contact Information, Account Information and Confirmation Information, click Create Account.
4. A page will open with a Communications section and Profile Section, click on Communications.
5. There are four tabs: Schedule Reminders, Email Lists, Text Alerts and Manage Phone.
6. Click on Text Alerts and select your nofication preferences and Save Changes (TIP: Choose all notifications and you won't miss anything)
7. Then click on Manage Phones.
8. Enter your cell phone number and choose your cell phone provider from the drop down menu. Click Save.
9. Success!

You are now set up to receive Text Alerts and Emails. If you experience any problems, contact exec@spmspl.com.

NOTE: Unfortunately Freedom Mobile and Shaw Mobile are not on the list of providers, so if your service provider is either one of these, this option is not yet available. The website provider is updating their system, but priorities are being placed on other website enhancements before this app. Your patience is appreciated.

Did you know you can get Schedule Reminders emailed to you for 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to game time?

Click on Schedule and choose your Division and Team Name. Above your schedule you will see a tab GET SCHEDULE REMINDERS. Click on the tab and you will be asked if you want Schedule Reminders for this team? Click OK and you will be prompted for access to your profile. Once in your profile, the screen will open at Schedule Reminders; and you should see your team added to the list. Just set the reminder for 24, 48 or 72 hours prior to your game and you will see a Green notification pop up on the right hand side telling you the reminder has been set. No more rushing to get to the Schedules prior to game time to confirm your time and place.

NOTE: Don't have a profile, click on Login and Create an Account. Not only can you access this feature, but you can also set up for TEXT ALERTS. Try it out!

Tip #1 - When reporting your scores, remember to CHANGE THE GAME STATUS as well as report the score before you Submit. If this is not done, the score will not register.

Tip #2 - When creating your own account to register for text alerts, click on ALL so you don't miss out on anything. You can also access your account and email settings at the bottom of the home page. 

Tip #3 - If/when you need to reach another team, for example to advise of a forfeit, click on TEAMS & ROSTERS, drop down menu to TEAMS, choose the Division & Team of who you are looking for and the captains/contact information is shown. Click on the name of the person you are trying to reach and you will be redirected to an email window to contact that person.

Tip #4 - Instructions on how to register your team with NSA are located on the right side of the Home Page under Headlines and in Handouts which is a dropdown page on the banner tabs.

Tip #5 - There are several ways to access your schedule:

• today's schedule is located at the bottom of the home page,
• click on schedules on the dropdown menu tabs on the home page,
• click on your Team information and click on Schedule
• you can even sign up for Schedule reminders

The status of the diamonds Open or Closed is shown on the right side of the Home Page
