The Bombers Softball team just completed its 7th season in 2015.  The team began playing together in Emmitsburg in 2009.  In 2012 the team migrated south to play in the Frederick Adult Co-Ed Softball League (FACSL), playing most of its games at Utica Park and Middletown Park. The team won its first playoff championship in team history in 2013 after finishing 2nd in the regular season. The Bombers successfully defended their playoff championship in the 2014 playoffs after finishing 1st in the regular season as well. In 2015 the Bombers finished 1st in the regular season, but were upset in the championship games in the playoffs, finishing 2nd.  Entering the 2016 season, the Bombers are motivated to regain the playoff championship while also continuing their regular season dominance.
