St. Dominic Bulldogs

Registration for the St. Dominic Bulldog Club's 2025-2026 Winter Sports Season will run from Wednesday, October 1 through Sunday, October 19. To register, please use this link to access our registration system. The link is also availalbe on the side tab of our website. 

NOTE: Please be sure to double check that your child's grade and clothing sizes are correct -- while our registration system will save information, it does not update the information. So please double check to ensure grade levels and sizes are correct.

Below you will find other pertinent information you need about the Winter Sports season. 

Sports Offered: 
St. Dominic will offer the following options for children in the St. Dominic community (day school students and parioshioners).

Basketball
- CYO basketball: for boys and girls in grades 3-12. Teams will be split by gender and grade, though grades may be combined as necessary due to registration numbers. Practices may begin as early as late-October 2025, and the season will conclude in February 2026. 
- Puppies Basketball: for boys and girls in grades K-2. The Puppies program consists of skill-building clinics that take place on Saturday mornings throughout February 2026. The program will conclude with a game on the final Sunday in February. 
- St. Ann's Basketball league: for boys and girls in 2nd grade ONLY. This in an introductory league is for 2nd graders that would like to further develop the skills through game competitions. The league will take places on Saturday mornings in January 2026 and early February. Players may particpate in both this league & Puppies, though there may be scheduling conflicts during the final 2 weeks of the season. 

Cheerleading
- Cheerleading for girls in grades K-8. The cheer team will perform at St. Dominic basketball games throughout season. Practices will begin in late-October 2025. 

Registration Fees: 
The Bulldog Club uses a two-part registration fee structure for its athletic program:

(1) a Bulldog Club Family Registration Fee: The Family Registration Fee for the 2025-2026 school year is $100 per family, and is paid once per school year. This fee covers all of the miscellaneous costs associated with our athletic program (ex. field rental fees, uniforms, equipment, etc.). Families that had at least one child participate in St. Dominic sports during the Fall season has already paid this fee. Families that did not have a child play a sport this school year will need to pay the Family Registration fee during this registration cycle. AND
(2) a Sport-specifc CYO fee: The sport-specific CYO fee corresponds with the fee that the Bulldog Club must pay to have teams participate in the CYO program. This fee is determined based on the amount CYO charges for each team, and may vary across sports and/or age levels.

To find the schedules for St. Dominic teams, you need to know the sports, grade, division (possibly) and Coach name. Below is how you find the SDS teams:

• Boys Soccer: Soccer 2025 -- BS 7&8 -- St. Dominic (Kerr/Longmeier/Zumpano)
• Cross Country (grades 1-3): Cross Country -- Boys&Girls2025 -- XCGrades1-3 -- St.Dominic (Ricketts)
• Cross Country (grades 4-8): Cross Country -- Boys&Girls2025 -- XCGrades4-8 -- St.Dominic (Ricketts)
• Flag Football (grades 3-4): FF -- 4th Grade -- Violet -- St. Dominic (Whitmore)
• Girls Soccer (grades 3-4): Soccer 2025 -- GS 3&4 -- Violet -- St. Dominic (Hudepohl)
• Girls Soccer (grades 5-6): Soccer 2025 -- GS 5&6 -- St. Dominic (Zumpano)
• Girls Soccer (grades 7-8): Soccer 2025 -- GS 7&8 -- St. Dominic (Murpy/Verdi)
• Girls Volleyball (grades 3-4): GVB -- 4th Grade -- Violet -- St. Dominic (Tinker)
• Girls Volleyball (grades 5-6): GVB -- 6th Grade -- East-Bronze -- St. Dominic (Johnson-Crump)

Additionally, St. Dominic will host Puppies Soccer for kids in grades K-2. However, these teams/games will be listed separately as the league is not run by CYO.
