The AGM for SJAMBA will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 7pm at the Kirkfield Westwood Community Club, upstairs boardroom. At the AGM we elect a new board of directors for the 2017 year/season and it is an opportunity for all families who have had or will have children playing baseball in St. James previously or in the future to assist with running our baseball program or simply come out and ask questions of our volunteer board.
All board positions are held for a 1 year term according to the SJAMBA constitution, so the following positions are available for election:
AAA Baseball Director
AA Baseball Director
A number of the above Executive positions are being vacated by the incumbents in 2017 so we need volunteers to step up to these important positions to ensure continued operations of our baseball proghram for 2017.
Other volunteer positions needing to be filled are:
Optimist Park Canteen Manager
All Age division convenors:
Umpire in Chief
