Hi St. Martin's Bowlers and Parents,

***PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE IN ITS ENTIRETY.***

Due to Farmingdale Lanes hosting an all-day tournament this Saturday, 3/4/17, St. Martin's Bowling has been cancelled and will not be re-scheduled due to lack of available time on our schedule.

As a reminder, next week's bowling, 3/11 has been re-scheduled to Sunday, 3/12 from 4:30-6:30pm.  Lillian and I want to thank you again for accommodating our request for this change so we can attend Meghan's last home tournament in Brooklyn.  For those who are unable to bowl on Sunday, 3/12, you can either pre or post bowl.  It will not count towards one of the three given to you.  Also, I am waiving the rule on no pre/post bowling on a position week for this particular week only.

Please call Farmingdale Lanes on 516-249-4300 to schedule your pre/post bowl.  After finishing bowling, please give recap sheet to Front Desk and keep a copy for yourself to give to Lillian when you see her.

Lastly, Lillian and I will not be there on Saturday, 3/18 and Saturday, 3/25 to run the League.  We will be attending Meghan's last two bowling tournaments as her college bowling career winds down.  Bonnie and Lori will sub for Lillian in taking care of the administrative duties, and Coaches Neil, Wingo and Edmund will continue to coach your children in my absence.  Please hold any questions you may have when we return on Saturday, 4/1/17 or you can either call us or email us.

Thank you.

Coach Edmond and Lillian

2-24-2017

Hello St. Martin's Nation,

I hope everyone had a good time last week at our Annual Adult/Junior tournament last Saturday.  Just a short note that Lillian and I will not be there tomorrow because we'll be on New Jersey watching Meghan bowl. As usual, Bonnie, Lori and Coach Neil and Wingo will be covering for us.  Please hold any questions or concerns until next week when we return.  Good luck and good scoring!

Coach Edmond and Lillian

2-1-2017

Annual St. Martin's Adult/Junior Tournament

Date:  February 18, 2017 at 4pm (during league bowling)

There will be regular league bowling that day.  Your league scores will also be used for the tournament.  For the adults, we will use their 2015/2016 season average, or their current average, whichever is higher.  If the adult does not have an average, then the adult will use a yet to be determined average to be set prior to the tournament. Adult fee will be $15.00

Family and friends are welcome to bowl for fun and competition. Scholarship monies will be awarded to the top teams.

I will need the name of the adult bowler no later than February 8th.  Please email me at elmwing@gmail.com or text me at 516-967-8558.

If you do not have an adult bowler, please let me know and I will try to find an adult bowler for you.  Anyone of the coaches is also available to bowl.

Thank you,
Coach Edmond and Lillian Wing

Coach Edmond

1/5/17 - Happy New Year!  We hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday.  We are glad that the holidays are over(as we are sure the parents are as well) and excited that the St. Martin's League will begin again this Saturday, 1/7/17.  My apologies for not sending the Self-Assessment forms over the holidays.  I will have them this Saturday for the bowlers to fill out.

Barring any interruption due to snow, the next scheduled time off will be Easter/Passover in late March.  So, come prepared for more coaching and learning!  Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!

Coach Edmond and Lillian
