Junior Legion Car Wash

Come out and support the Glen Rock Junior Legion team by getting your car washed on April 27th at Advanced Auto in Shrewsbury!

Car Wash begins at 9am.


Outfield Banner Advertisements

Looking for great way to advertise for your business while supporting the GRAA? Purchase an outfield banner for 2019!

Each year, Glen Rock Park hosts HUNDREDS of baseball games, as well as car shows, parties, community events, etc. This presents a prime location to promote your company or service.

For $200, the Glen Rock Athletic Association will provide:
- A 3' X 8' full color all weather banner
- 6 months of advertisement time (May - Oct)
- Banner layout created by a professional designer
- One free revision and proof approval

2019 Valentine's Dance

The Glen Rock Athletic Association invites you to join us for our 12th Annual Valentine's Dance at the New Freedom Community Center on February 9th!

 

This year's event will feature classic rock band Cheap Sneakers!

 

-$20 per ticket

-Doors open at 6:30pm

-Music from 8:00pm - 12:00am

-Must be 21 years of age to attend

To all players interested in playing for the Glen Rock Senior American Legion and Junior American Legion teams in 2018:

The following are the head coaches for the Glen Rock Senior and Junior Legion teams in 2018:
 
Glen Rock Senior Legion (Ages 16-18)
Head Coach:  Daryl Maronic
Phone: 717-577-6910
Senior Legion Assistant Coaches:  Jim Taylor, Tim Weigard and Mark Mahon
Games:  Typically played on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
 
Glen Rock Junior Legion (Ages 13-15)
Head Coach:  Jim Wright
Games:  Typically played on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and possibly Sundays in 2018
 
All interested players should contact the head coach for the team you are eligible for based on age, to be included on emails regarding meeting dates and tryouts for 2018.
 
PLEASE EMAIL THE HEAD COACH REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT YOU ARE A RETURNING PLAYER, both head coaches have changed and we need up to date email distribution lists for both teams.  All returning players need to return uniform jerseys from last year.
 
The cost to participate on either GRAA Legion team is $100.00
 
The legion seasons begin AFTER the high school season is complete.
Typically, the legion seasons start during the third week of May and ends in the middle of July.
 
The American Legion has made a change in 2018 for the date for age eligibility (Age as of 1/1/18).
