REGISTRATION is OPEN for the 2023 - 2024 season!!!  Please register today, so we can begin planning for the Winter Season. 

Both Boys and Girls ages 5-14 (K-8th grade) are eligible to register for the season.  If you don't have a LeagueLineup account, you will need to signup for one, prior to registering your wrestler(s).

Urbana Hawks Youth Wrestling is part of the Mid-Maryland Wrestling League (MMWL) which has over 15 teams from the Greater Frederick area.   We are also part of the Urbana Recreation Council.    

LOCATION(S)

Our practice facilities are local to Urbana Maryland.   We hold practices in the Urbana High School Wrestling room as well as our private practice facility located in the Dustin Construction Building complex at 2510 Urbana Pike, 2 miles south of the High School .  

All regular season matches are held within a 30 mile radius of Frederick.  

Practices will be held 2-3 nights a week on the weekdays and matches are typcially on Sunday mornings.  Matches (or Meets) last roughly 3-4 hours total time and are usually completed by 1pm on Sundays.

Practices for youth under 10 years old will be about 90 minutes in length.  Practices for 10 and up are roughly 1 hour and 45 min. 

ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME.  No Experience is needed.
