President

The President will be the Chief Executive Officer of the League and will preside at the Annual Meeting of the Membership, and the meetings of the Board of Directors. He or she shall have general active management of the business of the League, and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Directors are carried out, and shall execute all bonds, mortgages, and all contracts of this League.
