Peter Hunt and his wife Ann grew up in Old Bridge Township and after living in Toms River NJ for several years, came home to Old Bridge in 2007. Pete and Ann have three children. Olivia a former Rebels Cheerleader, Dylan, and Brody are both current Rebels players. Pete is a Senior Merchant at Modell's Sporting Goods.

The Hunt family has been involved with the Rebels since the late 1960’s. Pete and his brother’s Ed, Jim, John, and Bill all played for the organization and his sister Cathy was a cheerleader with the Rebels as well. Several of the Hunt brothers went on to play football at Madison Township/Madison Central High School.

Pete was the Head Coach of the 2007,2013 Rebels Flag and 2014 MM7 tackle teams. In 2013 Pete coached the grades k-2 Falcons of the Marlboro NFL spring flag football league. Pete is USA Football “Heads Up “ certified.

Pete’s philosophy of football is simple. “Football is the ultimate team sport,if you do your job to the best of your ability and your teammates do the same, the TEAM will be successful. “

Coach Pete only asks just three things.
1) Respect your teammates, coaches, and officials.
2) Give your best effort, 100% from snap to whistle.
3) Have Fun !!!
