The BLL 1st Vice President shall:

-Report into the BLL League President
-Perform duties of the BLL League President in the absence or disability of the BLL League President and BLL Executive Vice President provided they are authorized by the BLL President or the Board of Directors to act as so.
-When acting as so, the 1st Vice President shall have all the powers of the BLL League President position.

Duties:

? Be responsible for reviewing the actions of the Snack Stand Director.
