Sets up date for photos after uniform distribution and attend shoot. Hand out photos at practice or meet.

Coordinates Track team pictures for the YEARBOOK.
Deadline is always before the end of March! Must be after the team receives uniforms. Timing is critical & weather isnt always cooperative!

Must check dates with the the Coach and the Athletic office for a date to reserve a GYM for photos in case of bad weather.

Coordinate with the photographer.

Submit Team photos and Roster info to the yearbook rep./Sports Editor.

Given the scheduling - can do team photos and individual photos on different dates.
