Part of the foundation of the San Diego Cougars Organization. Has been in education for years as a teacher and vice principal. Has coached at the High School and Elementary level. Dan also runs the mentor program and understand the business of making young men into men.

He is proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
