Have changes to propose to the MMYB Constitution and By-Laws?
This year, we'll be meeting on January 31st at 7PM (Hourglass Rec Center Room 223 - building by the Gym, across the courtyard from the pool, upstairs). Changes to the Constitution and By-Laws must be submitted in advance and in a specific form. The form to be filled in will list the part of the Constitution and By-Laws to change and how it should be changed (or added). There is also a section for why it should be changed.
The current Constitution and By-Laws and the form for submitting changes (in PDF and Word) can be found here:

Fill in the form and email it to miramesayouthbaseball@hotmail.com, or print and hand write it to give it to a board member (perhaps at the Assessments or field day).
All submitted change requests will be posted to the same site for the general membership to review before the meeting.
